Amish Paste tomato seeds yield large, meaty fruits that are prized for making rich sauces and thick, flavorful pastes. These heirloom tomatoes feature deep red, firm flesh with minimal juice, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and richness—ideal for culinary creations.

Dating back to the late 1800s, this variety originates from the Amish community in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The vigorous, indeterminate vines often exceed 6 feet in height and need strong support. With a long growing season, these plants produce impressive harvests well into late fall.

Fruit shape ranges from oxheart to plum, often appearing side by side on the same plant. Amish Paste tomatoes grow in small clusters, with individual fruits reaching up to 226g (8 oz), and are nearly seedless for easy processing.
